On the way to work, a glint of reflected sunray caused my line of sight to be diverted; and when they recovered from that moment of blindness, they chanced upon a beautiful morning sight.
rows of short bushes sprinkled generously with dainty white flowers with petals shaped like half-moons. The way the sunlight bathed them in a warm, velvety glow gave them an aura of freshness and zest that one would usually associate with spring mornings. Take a step back, and one would realise that the bushes, all lined up in a row, had arched towards the source of light, as if reaching out to quench their thirst for sunrays. bright white dainty flowers set amidst deep green leaves bathed in marmalade-yellow light. what a pretty sight to start one's day with. and all at the doorstep!
how many times have i walked past without realising? :)
