well, actually neither did i, since i just skimmed the article on the papers without paying much heed to the content UNTIL i received a call from mof telling me that the title of PM Lee's budget round up speech on 1 march was Staying Ahead, Staying Together, and that it was because the rationale behind my title was the most apt one they could think of.

how surreal to have the PM quote my own presentation title! hahaahahaa okie, 1 min of excitement. *lol*
