you know, never have i been more clear about this. you should just go for the one that you want, and not shop around so much due to various considerations of what-if. either that, or you are indifferent to either choice. rather difficult, given the tendencies of the human heart to practise favouritism. But if you know what is that you want, just go for it and not let so many other lesser important factors cloud your judgment. see what a dilemma this has been?but too late of 'you should have known it'-s, my tongue is quite dry from several months of this.
if this is the job you want, be happy with it and not quibble over smaller things like whether your neighbour's nephew's girlfriend who works in the bank which has two similar letters than yours earns $50 more.
if this is the school that you want, there's no need to apply to 10 others just in case because when the 10th one accepts you early, and you accept it, you'll be plunged into a dilemma when the 1st and only one you want accepts you eventually. sometimes early acceptance rules you out from accepting anything else or trying for the one you want.
if this is the man or woman of your dreams, the one you wish to live life with, then treasure the person, and do just that - live and love. there's no need to fool around just to feel young-spirited and free. absolute fickleness and nonsense.
ok, i've said my piece.
i'm also working towards being focused, and in some aspects of my life that is still unrealised. but i know how much better i can be when that is finally mastered.
enough!
