twinkle in the eyes

being back in the office after 8 days in Japan is one sure way to feel the blues. make that 8 fun-filled, interesting and gastronomically-satiating days in two exciting and beautiful cities, with the person you're quite madly in love with. yeah, i have office blues now. haha

 

looking at my hands keenly has not been a habit all these years, but since a week and a half ago, i've been feeling very self-conscious of my hands. it was unexpected, and it'll take a while to sink in. for all my nonsense, i'll admit that this is the first time ever my heart skips a beat at the sight of such a very sparkly, very conspicuous and very pretty object of affection *beam*

 

pardon me if i sound incoherent. that's what happens when i get excited and yes i'll admit - kinda nervous but in a deliriously happy kinda way. i think you're feeling the same way too? :)
